When booking 5 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 4 rooms.

River Edge Inn is a Small-Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 50 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.

Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover amenities will be delivered by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.

Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or River Edge Inn management; front desk; or any employee, receives other dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.

River Edge Inn will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc., and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting River Edge Inn's direct line (865) 436-9292. Dogs are NOT permitted in the office or breakfast area, or in the pool area, per public health laws.

Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or River Edge Inn. A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast. Location good. Fireplace a bonus.

The sink outside of the bathroom wasn’t draining well at all.

Cold and disappointing
Pros:

Location was nice..beds comfy. Old hotel but newly updated but clean.

Cons:

Was very cold..the heater blew cold air at high. The fire place went right up the flew..so couldn't feel any heat. Both d9irs had a bad draft coming through. And bathroom was very cold. No heat in them at all.

Pros:

Excellent location right off the main drag. Easy to walk the town from that location. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace very much. We also liked that there was limited contact housekeeping and you could just mark what you needed on a door hanger then pic the itemsnup from the office.

Cons:

The bathroom was much colder than the room. To be clear almost every place we've stayed in the winter has this same issue so we weren't surprised.
