Great hotel with best customer service
Pros:

Great facilities right in the centre of bur dubai. Very clean and well maintained. Especially Mr. Mayzer (manager) very professional and great customer service went above and beyond to accommodate requests and late check-in.

Wifi was bit slow

Lovely, excellent to access room 4 hours before check-in & after a 14 hour flight.

Pros:

Nothing, the Hotel was in a crowded area like fish market.
Rooms were smelly, no hygiene, curtains, bed linen, pillow covers were old and dirty.
Poor light, no basic toiletry, no basic amenities.
