Wonderful stay
Pros:

Thank you to the Medusa family for this wonderful experience. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to Yasemin for breakfast. Also, the hotel has a travel agency, and Mr. Haluk at reception was very helpful with our activities and tours in Cappadocia. The hotel owner arranged a hot air balloon flight for us at the best price. Thank you again for this unique experience.

Pros:

Hermoso entre cuevas es increible re lindo decorado y nos atendieron muy bien. Hagan la excursion en globo directamente con la recepcion del hotel. Ademas te consiguen por ejemplo un taxi que te lleva a donde quieras sin necesidad de contratar el tour rojo o verde. Desayuno espectacular con increibles vistas ennla terraza.

During the night, multiple rocks fell from the roof while we were sleeping, which was a serious safety concern. Additionally, the breakfast was limited in variety, and we had expected more warm Turkish specialties.

Haluk was an excellent host. This was my 2nd time coming back to the same hotel. Last time was back in 2023. I loved how they also have activities I can sign up from at the hotel.

Es original, bonito y nuevo.La habitación muy amplia y los colchones cómodos. Todo el personal muy amable, destacando las señoras que te dan el desayuno que se desviven por que estés a gusto

Todo ! La habitación y el hotel en general muy bonito ! Buen desayuno ! Lo único el café …. Pero eso es en general en Turquía !! La ubicación perfecta , y no tuvimos mucho problema para aparcar !

Affascinante ma poco curato
Pros:

Le stanze ricavate nella roccia sono affascinanti, anche se senza finestra un sistema di ventilazione naturale ne garantisce la salubrità.

Cons:

Poca cura dei dettagli e delle manutenzioni. Siamo andati in inverno scale sempre ricoperte di neve e ghiaccio e lo staff non si è preoccupato di pulirle. Sistema elettrico non in sicurezza. Doccia non curata e si allagava sempre.
