Хороший отель, но над сервисом надо поработать
Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение.
Номер как на фото, колоритно. Хорошая кровать, матрас, белье.
Сразу не сработала карта, разрешили оплатить позднее.

Cons:

• Мы приехали в прохладную погоду ночью. Номер был холодный, открыто окно, кондиционер на тепло не работал, вайфай не работал, телевизор не работал. Каждый раз бегать решать все эти вопросы заколебало. В других отелях перед приездом гостей греют номер и все проверяют. Осадочек остался.

• На завтрак попросила яичницу, отказали. Только омлет. В чем логика, не поняла. Завтрак ограниченный, не хватает горячего блюда. Плохой кофе из порошка((

• Отель неплохой, но не хватает душевности, заботы о гостях.

El mejor hotel de Capadocia❤️
Pros:

Este hotel fue fantástico. Recibir este servicio a un precio tan razonable fue increíble. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, como auténticas cuevas.

El desayuno estaba delicioso. Hicimos una visita guiada por el hotel y el guía hablaba mejor español que nosotros. Los paseos en globo aerostático y a caballo fueron magníficos y la recepción del hotel los organizó a precios muy razonables. ¡Gracias por todo, Medusa, hasta la próxima!

Hotel godny polecenia - same plusy.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo pomocna obsługa (odpowiedzieli na każde pytanie i przygotowali plan atrakcji, który warto zrealizować), pyszne śniadania, duży i wyjątkowy pokój :)

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Thank you to the Medusa family for this wonderful experience. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to Yasemin for breakfast. Also, the hotel has a travel agency, and Mr. Haluk at reception was very helpful with our activities and tours in Cappadocia. The hotel owner arranged a hot air balloon flight for us at the best price. Thank you again for this unique experience.

Pros:

Hermoso entre cuevas es increible re lindo decorado y nos atendieron muy bien. Hagan la excursion en globo directamente con la recepcion del hotel. Ademas te consiguen por ejemplo un taxi que te lleva a donde quieras sin necesidad de contratar el tour rojo o verde. Desayuno espectacular con increibles vistas ennla terraza.

Cons:

During the night, multiple rocks fell from the roof while we were sleeping, which was a serious safety concern. Additionally, the breakfast was limited in variety, and we had expected more warm Turkish specialties.

Haluk was an excellent host. This was my 2nd time coming back to the same hotel. Last time was back in 2023. I loved how they also have activities I can sign up from at the hotel.
