The staff were helpful and put me in a different room not facing the highway.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room 217 is facing the highway. The window doesn’t close completely so the noise from the highway kept me awake through the night.

A 4 star hotel can do a lot better

Area and close to restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

Rooms, bedside lamps in the room as well as desk lamp was not working. Towels were removed and not replaced and when I requester towels it never arrived.

Location near to several restaurants and other entertainment. Near to the airport and a free shuttle service.

Cons:

The spa was at another kocation for which the shuttle was required. Someine had entered our room and keft a soiled coffee cup on the desk. We can only hope that it was the turn?-down servuce. However the staff were great. They offfered us an upgrade and a very clean coffee .

Clean and comfortable but no luxury
Pros:

The staff are amazing - helpful and friendly and professional. Made us feel right at home!

Cons:

The property is old and rundown. Didn’t feel like we were at a fancy, Emperor’s Palace hotel but rather a cheaper hotel - clean and comfortable but not the opulence that I was hoping for.
