Shoebox accommodation
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Location was good.

Cons:

Room very small even though it was a complementary upgrade from an even smaller room because we had booked a bigger room for the 2nd night. We had 2 large cases plus smaller bags because we had been away from home for 6 weeks. We found it very cramped. Also the shower was a small wet room with the toilet but the sink was in the bedroom. This meant that the floor was very wet after a shower and also not hygienic not to have a sink in the same room as the toilet.

離牛車水站3-5分鐘的距離很方便、周遭很熱鬧、有提供瓶裝水和室內拖、房間整潔乾淨明亮

Cons:

廁所較小，洗澡會弄濕馬桶和衛生紙稍嫌不方便，房間空間很小，如果有行李箱可能會不太方便（但有電梯）

Cozy and comfortable spot at a perfect location
Pros:

The location is perfect, easily accessible by car and public transport. Really close to MRT and bus stop, less than 5 minutes walk. The hotel is surrounded with various dining options and 7/11 so it's really convenient. It's small but clean and comfortable

Very clean, everything worked. Staff very friendly

Perfect central location

Cons:

Very noise and poor noise management inside. You heard very step and everyone even touching a plastic bag on the floor when in your room

Whilst the location was great, the hotel room did not meet my expectations.

Didn’t like the split level room. My suitcase was too heavy to carry up to the bedroom level.
There was no handwash/soap at wash basin. Had to get shower gel from shower to wash my hands.
