المكان يجنن يجنن يجنن وعيالي استانسوا وايد وكل شي كان مريح و الاكل كان لذيذ صج استمتعنا في المكان واكيد بنعيد الزيارة له مره ثانيه ❤️ و كان فيه موظف اسمه خليل وايد ساعدنا وكان بشوش و ما قصر معانا طول وقت اقامتنا

Need more acced tod others resort like niclodian , to visit like other can have

Property is good and facilities are good

Cons:

Theme park Rides 6 to 7 were shutdown even know the water park is closed for winter season .
Staff is kitchen , especially the management but rough when asked about the food , instead happy smile , look very ignorant.

There is no value for money.
Pros:

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We had to wait 3 hours at check-in and still did not receive the pink room we specifically requested.
The sound insulation between the rooms was extremely poor due to the connecting rooms; it felt like the neighboring room was inside ours.
Having to wait in long lines for meals was also not pleasant.

Большое спасибо сотрудникам ресепшн за встречу, особенно Emre, всё нам рассказал об отеле и парке. В отеле мы не правый раз, но всё осталось на высшем уровне и мы получили отличные впечатления как будь-то в первый раз, сейчас мы отмечали два дня рождения сына и папы и нам всё понравилось. Хотели также поблагодарить девушку менеджера в главном ресторане говорящую на русском но к сожалению забыли её имя. Понравилось шоу дельфинов , ребёнок доволен от парка развлечений, прокатился на американских горках которые работают даже зимой. Спасибо всему персоналу за хороший отдых.
