Pros:

Deres spa var en rigtig god oplevelse til fornuftige priser ligeledes deres Onsen med sauna og Stream room var behageligt.Deres breakfast er også rigtig god .Og de laver god mad i restauranten.Petsonalet og Security er meget høflig og man føler sig velkommen .De har ligeledes gratis shuttlebus til terminal 21 og Central Festival som dog skal bestilles ca 3 timer før .De kan også være behjælpelig med at bestille taxa via Bolt hvis man ikke selv har Bolt appen.

Cons:

Wifi i vores palladium penthouse var ikke særlig god ? Det er ikke godt nok når det er et fem stjernet hotel.Deres Fitness kunne også godt være bedre .The Gems mining ligger ca 5 km fra Terminal 21 ca 230.bath med en Bolt Taxi og der er intet i nærheden af hotellet at gå til . Nærmeste 7 Eleven ca 1 km væk . Underholdning på hotellet er der ikke meget af .

It was two weeks like in a fairy tale

The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya is an absolutely unique place. I've traveled extensively around the world and stayed in many comfortable places, but I've never encountered a place like The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya. Absolutely perfect in every respect. The rooms are dreamlike, magnificent and enormous (with jacuzzis and even swimming pools inside the rooms). The staff is a role model for all hotels worldwide. From the General Manager, Mr. Thawintorn Kanungkid Natt, through the reception staff, both restaurants (Tram and Cast Away), vehicle service, pool lifeguards, facility security (especially Sombat), and housekeeping... absolute professionalism, personal culture, and a wealth of sympathy for guests. Always ready to help. Big applause................. other properties should learn what such a perfect place should look like. In short, we spent almost two weeks relaxing with our family and, for the first time in our lives, didn't want to go back home. It was wonderful and we will return there every year because we have found our holiday spot on earth............

מלון ריזורט שמרגיש בטבע המון צמחים , נקי ומטופח, מקום מהמם , שירות מעולה אנשי צוות נחמדים ואדיבים ,החדר עם היציאה לבריכה הגדולה ממש גדול כמו וילה ונוח מאוד , הבר בבריכה נותן מענה לארוחות ומשקאות במהלך היום במחירים סבירים , האטרקציות בבריכה לילדים והקורקינטים מאוד מהנים והילדים אהבו אותם , המרחק מהעיר רק 20 דק במוניות בולט בעלות זולה וניתן לצאת גם לבלות בעיר פטאיה , מומלץ בחום

Pros:

I was supposed to stay for 7 days, but unfortunately due to a medical condition I had to shorten my stay and return home after only two days. Despite this, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and understanding once they knew about my situation.
They treated me with great care, even calling me the next morning for breakfast, which I truly appreciated. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully explore or enjoy the resort this time, the hospitality and support I received made a strong impression on me.
The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness. I hope to come back again in the future to experience the resort properly, and I will definitely book here next time.
