Cons:

Ik had 3 personen geboekt. Bij aankomst gevraagd of het uitklapbed klaar was. Die was klaar werd er gezegd. Maar dat bleek bij slapen niet. Zeker een uur moeten wachten want er waren geen beddengoed of andere benodigdheden te vinden. De medewerker deed zijn best hoor maar niemand sprak ook goed engels. Was erg slordig en onnodig en dan voor dat geld was het zeker niet wat ik verwachtte

Cons:

hotel bruyant avec fete en terrasse du bar jusqu'à 23h. Une personne de l'hotel est entrée dans ma chambre tot le jour du checkout, sans s'annoncer, sans frapper et sans raison. Je recherchais un réjour d'un nuit pour du repos, c'est raté.

Pros:

facile d'accès, chambre agréable et très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Restaurant très moyen pour le prix.
Puis découverte au check-out d'une surcharge de 20 euros pour le chien. Ce n'est pas tant le montant qui est un problème, mais la façon de faire. Sans jamais l'avoir annoncé, et avec un ton souverain du manager qui, je pense, a du être gendarme dans une vie antérieure. Ou rêvé de l'être, on ne sait pas.

C'est un détail... mais qui nous fera aller voir ailleurs à l'avenir.

Un très bon séjour à tout point de vue
Pros:

Superbe séjour. Ce n'était pas prévu mais nous n'avons pas regretté. Le personnel a été aux petits soins et bravo pour le service de chambre. Quelle efficacité et le repas + cocktails très bons.

Cons:

Les anciens occupant avaient laissé un sac de nourriture (caché dans l'armoire) mais le service de chambre a été hyper réactif. A peine le combiné raccroché qu'une personne venait nettoyer en s'excusant. Et tout cela avec le sourire.

Pros:

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans ce hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, vue agréable sur la Saône.
Les chambres sont très confortables et insonorisées. Je recommande vivement.
