Pros:

The location was ideal, close to old city locations and near to the tram line station. The staff were friendly and the rooms were of an adequate size.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been slightly more varied however it was still good.

Très bon rapport qualité prix,
la localisation est excellente, donnant accès à serkeji d'un côté et Sultanahmet de l'autre.
Le staff a été super gentils et accomodants, ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner tôt pour qu'on puisse avoir le shour durant notre séjour pendant le mois de ramadan, ils mettent même des parapluie à disposition, et heureusement parce qu'on en a eu besoin,
La chambre est propre et spacieuse, la literie très comfortable, le service de chambre est efficace
On a passé un très bon séjours

Un grand merci aux personnes de la réception et en particulier à Omer Sellim pour sa gentillesse et toute l'aide qui nous a apporté durant notre séjour et ce qui est appréciable il parle bien français.

Et dans sa globalité la ville d'Istanbul

Ce qui m'a surpris et très franchement je n'y ai pas du tout pensé LE FROID nous sommes arrivés il faisait 2 et reparti à 5
Je croyais pas qu'il faisait si froid à Istanbul en fin février
Moralité si vous n'êtes pas habitué au froid ne venez pas à Istanbul à cette période

Fantástica experiencia
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó, además de la amabilidad del personal que nos pusieron en una habitación de categoría superior de forma gratuita, la comodidad de la habitación, que era muy amplia, limpia y cama muy cómoda. El desayuno también estuvo genial con opciones tanto continentales como turcas.

Cons:

Lo único "regular" por decir algo, es la velocidad del wifi, ya que a veces no iba.

Comfortable and well located hotel
Pros:

I really liked how close we were to the mosques and train/tram stations. The hospitality of Muhammed and Dğuzhan was very welcoming, they help us with every question we had. Breakfast was okay. And the room was very clean and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

the room was a bit cold tho. The Spa was under construction other than that all perfect for the price.

La posizione centrale, il personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

La colazione poco assortita, bisogna sparecchiare da soli finito di mangiare e non c'è personale nella sala colazioni.
Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati giornalmente, le lampadine del bagno difettose non sono state sostituite, mancano alcuni piccoli dettagli per un 4 stelle ( es. Carta e penna, fazzolettini kleenex.
Sui balconi ci sono fiori finti pieni di polvere e defogliati

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, en particulier Mohamed qui a été très gentil et toujours disponible pour nous aider. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé. Je recommande

Ottima la posizione: nel cuore del centro storico, vicinissima alle attrazioni principali, raggiungibili a piedi, nonchè a ristoranti e servizi di qualsiasi tipo. Stanza amplia, comoda e pulita. Staff gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione, al momento abbastanza scarna, ampliando e arricchendo sia la parte salata che quella dolce. Anche il wi-fi necessita di un potenziamento, giacchè spesso il collegamento era scarso.
