Great location, easy to grab a train or a coffee. Solo room was exactly what I was looking for.
Pros:

Walking distance to the train station. Great coffee all around. Best toilet I've had in a hotel. Inax Lixil was lux.

Cons:

Room was small- I expected it, but shower and toilet were open- no doors. Room was great for a solo traveler like myself.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the train station and it is very convenient

Cons:

There is a restaurant at the lobby. And I could smell food all over my clothes when I was there waiting for checkin

가성비 갑, 근데 방이 좀 많이 좁은
Pros:

가성비 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 하카타 역과도 도보 10분정도로 가깝고, 어디든 걸어다니기 좋았어요.
캐널 시티도 매우 가깝고요. 조금 무리하면 텐진까지도 걸어다닐만 합니다 (도보 20~30분)
직원들이 매우 친절했고, 영어도 가능했으며, 룸도 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었습니다. 어매니티도 딱 필요한 것들만 충분하게 있었고요.
프런트에 문의하면 빌릴 수 있는 가습기나 이런게 많아보였는데 사용해보지 못해서 아쉽네요.

Cons:

방이 너무 좁고, 베개가 너무 높습니다.
2명이서 자기에는 방 자체도 너무 좁고 화장실은 변기에 앉으면 무릎이 벽에 닿을 정도였어요.
원래 둘이서 자려다 당일에 룸 하나 더 예약해서 각방 썼습니다. 근데 또 각방 써도 비용이 그렇게 크지 않아서 여유 있으신 친구끼리 여행객 분들은 1인 1방 쓰는것도 나쁘지 않을듯 해요.
베개는 너무 높아서 거북목 강화하기 딱 좋겠더라고요... 베개 없애고 수건 돌돌 말아서 베고 잤어요. 낮은 베개 좋아하시는 분들은 참고하세요.

残念の一言です。
Pros:

残念です。従業員のﾌﾟﾛ意識、電話対応が大変未熟です。次回は御座いません。

Cons:

電話で予約確認とホテル場所を尋ね、タクシーで行く事を伝えると、ホテルの女性スタッフが徒歩で10分以内で近いですよ。と。ところが道案内が大変的を得ず、アチコチ歩かされ、途中、ホテル選択を失敗したと確信いたしました。後の祭りです。ホテル周りのアクセスを熟知し、ゲストの気持ちに添う余裕を学習して欲しいです。

Logement de suffisamment bonne qualité à un tarif correct.
Pros:

Très bonne situation géographique, personnel agréable et serviable. Tout était fonctionnel et plutôt confortable.

Cons:

Chambre légèrement petite avec insonorisation moyenne. La cabine de douche et les WC ne sont pas compartimentés et sont à proprement parler dans la chambre. Les toilettes étaient bruyants, à intermèdes réguliers et pendant de longs moments (bruit de fond).

우선 위치적으로 너무 만족스러웠습니다 캐널시티, 돈키호테 등등 지하철역도 도보로 1-2분 거리에 있어서 이동하기에 좋았습니다 객실 청소를 원하면 객실 청소도 해주시기 때문에 4박동안 깨끗한 객실에서 머물 수 있어서 그 점이 아주 좋았습니다

화장실이 매우 협소하긴 합니다 그리고 물을 내릴 때 조금의 냄새가 같이 올라오긴 하는데 엄청 불편하진 않아요 굳이 하나를 뽑자면 이부분이 개선되면 좋겠습니다 하지만 그걸 감안할 정도로 숙소의 퀄리티가 좋았습니다
