Un alojamiento muy recomendable
Pros:

El alojamiento se encontraba en una localización tranquila a tan solo 20 min andando de la estación de Termini. El personal muy amable y las camas muy cómodas. El staff habla español lo facilito el contacto con ellos. 100%! Recomiendo el desayuno por todo lo que tiene sale mejor de precio que si desayunas en una cafeteria por ahi.

Cons:

Las puertas se cierran de golpe por lo que el sonido es un poco molesto. Depende de tus vecinos de habitación que hagan mas o menos ruido.

Nice and staff super friendly but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

It was very clean and modern, staff very friendly and the room was very spacious. Decent location - everything was walkable.

Cons:

We were advised we had been upgraded which we were obviously grateful for. I am sure we were told it was a ‘superior view’ but it was right above the road on the 2nd floor so traffic noise was a slight issue, and it was opposite a building, so not sure what was superior about this? We could hear everything the room upstairs were doing due to wooden floors. Our room was directly in front of the lift and nobody gives a damn about being quiet when they get out of the lift so we were regularly woken up by noisy residents. Our toilet had regular problems - constantly trickling out water and it wouldn’t flush at all at one stage (but this was quickly fixed).
Also there was some miscommunication - it was my husband’s birthday so I asked for some balloons and a bottle of beer in advance. When it came to pay the link wouldn’t work so I emailed the hotel. I didn’t receive a response until the day we were due to fly but I said I couldn’t afford it after all so just to leave it. They had decorated anyway which was nice but if I was to pay for this I would have been disappointed - the bottle of beer was huge so my husband would not have drank in one go (as he doesn’t drink much) and it could not fit back in the fridge if it had been opened so he just left it in the end. And the balloons were just a few standard ones I could have blown up myself. If I had paid it would have been €30 which I think is very steep. But I appreciated the effort regardless.
The room I also paid for was a double but we were given twin beds. I didn’t complain as they had decorated with the balloons and upgraded us so didn’t want to seem ungrateful.

Buena relación calida - precio
Pros:

El hotel estaba correcto, la ubicación dando un paseo de 15 minutos estabas en Plaza de España , las habitaciones tenían buena insonorización , las camas eran cómodas , el baño estaba bien , el desayuno variado y con buenos productos fríos y calientes .

Cons:

El alojamiento fue correcto , si bien habíamos reservado una habitación de las más grandes y nos dieron una en la que 3 adultos estábamos muy justas .. no era lo que habíamos reservado .
