I wouldn’t stay again

The location

Cons:

The synthetic bedding. The fact that having paid full price for the room the breakfast was extra and a buffet!

only place to sit and relax was bar which was very busy especially on Sunday
staff attitude to complaint about sandwiches
when ordered sandwiches they came with no butter and very little filling eg one small leaf of lettuce, and little ham or chicken
no place to sit and relax apart from reception area which at time was cold and drafty.
lounge available but was always in darkness and no evidence that bar (in same) was open.

Relaxing and peaceful
Pros:

Any questions I emailed were promptly responded too. The staff in var where we had meal were so friendly and attentive the food was amazing. And the beds and room was very comfortable. And inky a 10.min walk to the beach that you can see from the hotel. In the.morning an Ilderton gentleman was going around and was so pleasant making time to speak to the quests all ordinal friends day hotel. Pool and facilities lovely. Would stay again.

Cons:

Our room had a joining door obviously if you had a family to have a joining rooms. Luckily noone I the ither room otherwise might have been little uncomfortable. But I know for next time.

Good food disappointing experience
Pros:

Food was excellent

Cons:

Awful night sleep for the family. Wedding on and music loud. Fire alarm went off during the night and no communication from the staff.
