Absolutely amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable and staff are amazing. We stayed for our anniversary. Lovely surprise when we checked in, bed full of petals and an anniversary brownie. We were also given free entry to the show that was on at the night time. We will definitely be booking again

Calm and quiet
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was so comfortable a huge queen size bed sublime.

Cons:

The position of the toilet was a bit cramped. But that was still ok and usable.

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Very modern and spacious rooms, staff are so friendly. Parking at the back. Added extras if you are celebrating an occasion.

Very helpful and pleasant staff made our stay relaxed and comfortable in a very nice town.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well presented, its location is fantastic.

Cons:

Parking is limited, but we were fortunate enough to get a space, in busier times this could be a problem. However I have to say this is only an observation and was not a problem.
