Avoid this hotel at all costs
Pros:

I asked for clean sheets after my first night of stay and was told I couldnt have one according to their policy I could only have a clean sheet after three nights of stay. The room was stuffy and mouldy and the mattress was probably as old as the hotel itself... all would have been bearable if I felt welcome. The staff were so hostile I felt entirely unwanted and as though I was imposing. Avoid this 'hotel' at all costs.

Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

The staff were incredibly rude. I was scolded for asking for clean sheets on my second night of stay. The room had mold and the bed was so uncomfortable I didnt get a single comfortable night's sleep.
I am a very frequent traveller and this was the worst mistake I ever made.

Pros:

The location and we were on top floor so great view. Pillows were really comfy and shampoo, shower gel included. Kettle with coffee included also. Great price for new years eve. Safe lock on the main entrance door so keycode needed.

Cons:

No safe place to keep our luggage the next day. Couldn't relax thinking it was just left. Not enough toilet roll we had to ask for more. Provided with one. Everything was ok for us

Muy buena opción en Victoria. Volvería definitivamente
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a unas cuadras a pie de la estación de buses de Victoria. El lugar es acogedor, la temperatura es buena y la atención del personal es muy atenta.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña en este caso, pero por el precio era bastante bueno.
