Nice calm apartments
Pros:

Great property with a calm beach area, we loved our stay here.

Cons:

There was lots of saragassum algae at this time and even though the hotel has cleaners twice a day, it’s just a lot of algae so we didn’t swim in the sea but the pool was great. If there hadn’t been algae it would have been paradise.
The staff primarily speak Spanish.

Beautiful property, excellent staff, can’t wait to return.
Pros:

Enjoyed the location, being able to walk to Akumal on the beach but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. Property was very clean and well kept. Christian and all reception staff were very helpful in arranging massages, golf, taxis, etc. Cleaning and maintenance staff very friendly and work hard. Great property if you don’t mind cooking some simple meals, restaurant available upstairs and next door, with more available in Akumal. Great beach and pool.

Cons:

Kitchen could have used a few more items but all of the basics were there. Comforter on bed was a bit worn but totally usable.

Отдыхали в Las Villas Akumal. В целом впечатления положительные. Отель находится в тихом, уединённом месте — идеально для спокойного отдыха без шума и толп туристов. Территория зелёная, ухоженная, атмосфера очень расслабляющая.
Номер был просторный и чистый, с оборудованной кухней, что оказалось очень удобно. У нас был номер без террасы, но внутри достаточно комфортно, уборка регулярная, всё аккуратно. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный.
Из минусов — во время нашего отдыха вода в море цвела, поэтому купание было не самым приятным. Это природное явление, к самому отелю претензий нет.
В остальном всё хорошо. Подойдёт тем, кто ищет спокойствие, тишину и красивую природу.

El check in era a las 3 y después de estar esperando no dicen que aún la habitación la estaban limpiando, casi a las 4:30 pudimos movernos! El servicio del restaurante cierra muy pronto.

Las Villas Akumal provided an exceptionally comfortable jumping off point for snorkeling, beach time, and a trip to Xcar
Pros:

Our studio was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a three night stay at the end of a two week trip to the Yucatán Peninsula. We enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming at Playa Akumal a bit north of Las Villas Akumal. The small touches at the Villas made the stay exceptional: the shower and foot washes down by the pool, the provided beach towels, the poolside bar, the onsite restaurant, and the daily housekeeping. The staff were very friendly and communicative. The pools and beach were beautiful. The whole property was clean and well cared for.

Cons:

Driving into the town of Akumal was surprisingly difficult given the design of Highway 307 separating the Villas from town. Walking looked impossible ir circuitous. This isn’t the property’s fault. Just something to be aware of. We were glad for the onsite restaurant and the Jungle Fish Beach Club restaurant nearby.

La superficie du logement la déco le confort lit et salle de bain la piscine le parking

Que les logements 1 chambre ou studio ont vue sur le parking ou carrément dans un sous-sol
Seuls les logements 2 chambres vue mer magnifique et la baignade dans la mer est désagréable algues et rochers et eau pas claire
