Le falta mantenimiento de pintura a la alberca y a los cuartos le falta remodelación en los espejos están un poco deteriorados
No desayunamos en el hotel, pero lo que es el servicio de los meseros(1) no fue suficiente, el servicio en ese aspecto muy malo, hubo ocasiones que mejor decidimos ir a otros lugares. El servicio de aseo en la habitación muy bueno el personal siempre atento a nuestros requerimientos

Lo que me gusto más es la ubicación del hotel...enfrente del mar y tener acceso caminado hacia el malecon..
Alas instalaciones les falta mucho mantenimiento en el cuarto los espejos estaban manchados..la puerta dela regadera ni cerraba,llegamos y el papel de baño que nos pusieron estaba comenzado...el área dela alberca tanto de palapas y camastros les falta mantenimiento se miraban deteriorados..la alberca infantil se miraba sucia..cuando llueve en los balcones se mete mucha agua..no se puede disfrutar la lluvia debido que pega en la vistas que tiene el hotel y cae toda el agua se una al balcón...y lo más feo fue que en la madrugada viendo el panorama de afuera por la alberca pasó una rata que iba y venia del hotel al cuarto k esta aun lado del tobogán y en una de esas se puso a beber agua del jacuzzi ...
