Would avoid - paid full price and could of had a five star experience in a differing hotel
Pros:

Hotel lobby

Cons:

Paid full price for my room, all our group booked at the same time, my room cost £440 travelling in a party of 9 people, all others in the party paid £217

Roof top bar not open so you only had the hotel lobby to meet in

Complained to management (Sarah) asked to even compensate a small amount as a good will gesture - nothing, customer service and experience very poor

Service in main restaurant very slow, a friend had to order water on three occasions

Would not recommend this hotel, still saying on the website roof top bar is open - it is absolutely not

Always a fabulous time in Hotel Baltum. My home away from home.
Pros:

Been staying at Hotel Baltum for 12 years. Exceptional hotel right in heart of the old town and close to all the bars, restaurants and main square. Pharmacy, wine merchant and supermarket all next door so super handy. The taxi rank is also outside the hotel. The hotel has a fabulous modern Italian restaurant attached to hotel. Hotel is spotless, modern and well kept and the staff are fantastic. Most rooms have a balcony and rooms are serviced daily. Excellent rooftop bar area with comfortable seating, sun loungers and a jacuzzi. All in all a fantastic hotel in a fabulous location.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Can’t fault this hotel.

5 night stay at the Baltum
Pros:

Just back from a 5 night stay at Hotel Baltum. Hotel room small but clean with house keeping daily. (Take some hangers with you as only had 4 in the wardrobe) Excellent shower , small balcony with 2 chairs. Very loud music from local karaoke bar, which could be heard in room with windows shut, but we managed to sleep ok. Lovely restaurant Ricco with 30%off for hotel guests.
Only downside was the roof top bar was not open ( nothing on website to say this would not be open )

Very enjoyable & meals in restaurant excellent
Pros:

Very clean and good restaurant

Cons:

Small and could require more plug sockets particularly you need to have the kettle on the floor as the socket is at ground level.

De lokatie is midden in het centrum. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en voor 12 euro een prima ontbijt bij restaurant Ricco naast het hotel.
Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We kregen een kamer waar buiten een hele oude airco loeide. Die maakte zoveel lawaai dat we om een andere kamer gevraagd hebben (was 104). We kregen een nieuwe kamer die veel kleiner was, maar geluid was veel minder (er hangen overal airco's). Maar we keken uit op de trap van de nooduitgang. We besloten het maar zo te laten. De kamer is zo klein dat je koffer bijna nergens open neer kon leggen. De badkamer is gedateerd.

We would love to come back in the future.
Pros:

It was clean, the room was pretty. The staff were very friendly and the check in and checkout were very simple and easy. The location was nice and close to the beach.
