Если бы я увидел номер до оплаты, то не стал бы там жить. Вайфай работает очень нестабильно.

2 бутылки воды и новые зубные щетки каждый день во время уборки

Cons:

Отношение персонала (администратор не клиентоориентирована и некомпетентна, на нашу просьба выдать нам форму ТМ30, сказала, что это невозможно, наши аргументы не слушала, спорила). В итоге на следующий день вечером сделала нам форму ТМ30, но было уже поздно. При заселении требовала 1000 бат депозит, сказала можно в любой валюте. Мы только прилетели, у нас наличными было 750 бат и 11 долларов. Она сказала, что слишком много купюр, ей это неудобно и требовала 1 купюру. Хотя у нас жилье уже было оплачено на 5 дней. Почему нельзя было попросить, чтобы мы на следующий день сняли деньги и принесли. В итоге, когда она нас окончательно разозлила, сказала, что согласна принять 500 бат сейчас и 500 позже. Неужели это была такая проблема? Но она выбрала мучать уставших после перелета туристов, чем быть более гибкой и клиентоориентированной. Окно в номере было, но свет туда не поступает, так как за окном стоит огромный рекламный щит. Клининг перед заселением был сделан плохо, на полу в ванной лежали женские волосы. Одна из розеток рядом с кроватью не работает - вилка просто в ней не держится.
