not comfortable because of the above policy
Pros:

staff wasnt accomodating enough, and worst was the policy in the sofa bed being converted to extra bed and having said I need to pay for it..

mis-leading post of marketing for the property/facility
Pros:

nothing but there are four things that were stated in the post of the marketed place/facility:
1. the comfort room inside;
2. 2 bed choice.
3. close to the choice if the area is close, it's really walking distance;
4. and in fairness the aircon is strong
5. the staff is friendly and accommodating

Cons:

all disappointing, very mis-leading their marketing post such as:

1. the door seems to be broken into;
2. the net signal is very weak;
3. the tv is old school, you can't even access you tube or netflix if you have an account to watch;
4. smelly storage;
5. toiletries are not given, you need to ask for it, and good for 1 day stay only, 3 towels and 3 sachets of shampoo only;
6. it look's like haunted transient.

Cons:

I booked for a guest. He had to check in late because we have a patient at the heart center. He was only there for a couple of hours and chose to leave as he couldn't stand the room. He said its dirty, no toiletries and could really hear the noises from the other rooms.

I would avoid it.
Pros:

It was fairly cheap but still more expensive than staying in a much better hostels.

Cons:

The AC couldn't be stopped and it was very noisy and cold. The towels were really bad not being able to dry myself at all. The bathroom was extremely small and not really practical with no place to hang clothes / towels. Some of the electrical plugs were not working.

Fact Checked: Expectations vs Realities
Pros:

Cons:

1) I'm a PWD with limited mobility but we were given the 3rd floor family room which was pretty old.
2) The bathroom fixtures: sink was really small & low plus the heater which took 2 days to fix.
3)The wifi with it's supposedly 3 channels but all said 'no internet'.
4) The pillows, bedsheets & blankets were way too worn out & thin for a comfortable sleep in an a/c'ed room unless you increase the temperature.

nothing, all the things on the pictures are really far away from reality, so disgusting and dirty place waste of money.

Cons:

all place are stinky and dirty, curtains are old sheets are dirty everything is dirty!
