hotel con buenas intenciones
Pros:

El hotel es de primera categoria con lindas habitaciones, super comodas camas, buenas sabanas y toallas .la atencion super esmerada. Tiene gimnasio y spa. El desyuno es abundante en cuanto a variedad y rico.Se encuentra cruzando la calle de la playa y lugares para comer pescado.

Cons:

Si bien la playa es extensa y muy linda , estaba asquerosamente sucia debido a las lluvias. (fuimos en enero) A la mañana vimos varias maquinas tratando de limpiarla pero fue imposible ir. Una desilucion total que el hotel no tiene nada que ver!

The location is great with many sea restaurants across the street - on the beach. The barbecue on the rooftop of the hotel was with very tasty food and good music. The balinesse massage is unforgettable. The breakfast is very tasty. The staff are very kind.

Overall, we loved your hotel. Unfortunately the beach was not swimmable when we were there due to pollution and waste on

Beautiful, clean, spa is amazing!! So many options for food (which was all delicious and reasonably priced).

Cons:

Fridge is too small, needs more towels in room and (at times) noisy hallways with kids, teen and rowdy adults which weren’t controlled or monitored.

A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and a great rooftop view—ideal for a short stay near the airport.
Pros:

Amazing hospitality from the staff—everyone was very friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities were clean, the room was comfortable, and the rooftop offered a beautiful view.

Cons:

The surrounding area was fairly quiet and didn’t offer much to explore on foot. We were hoping for more of a walkable town atmosphere, though the location was very convenient for the airport.

Am petrecut câteva zile minunate la acest hotel și pot spune cu toată sinceritatea că a fost una dintre cele mai frumoase șederi din Bali.
Locația este excelentă — la doar câteva secunde de nisipul plajei Jimbaran, perfectă pentru plimbări la apus și pentru relaxare completă. Camerele sunt foarte spațioase, foarte curate și confortabile, cu paturi pe care te odihnești incredibil după o zi de explorat insula. Micul dejun a fost unul dintre cele mai bune pe care le-am încercat — cu o selecție largă de preparate delicioase și ingrediente proaspete. Personalul hotelului merită toate laudele: zâmbetul și amabilitatea lor te fac să te simți cu adevărat binevenită, iar recomandările lor pentru restaurante și activități locale au fost utile și deosebite. Facilitățile sunt excelente — ai piscine frumoase și spa, iar atmosfera generală este relaxantă și primitoare.

Nu am nimic de reproșat.Totul a fost peste așteptări!

Good - they adapted well to some issues

The staff was friendly and very helpful when there were issues with room and other inconvenient guests.

Cons:

First night , there were very noisy guests pounding my door at 2am , then there was an event with a microphone at maximum noise at 6am - they made up to me by moving me into a different room. Thank God and the staff!
