El personal de la recepción. Hablan español y son encantadores, ayudan en todo lo que pueden.
El apartamento donde nos alojamos está muy descuidado, la cama muy vieja e incluso la supletoria (sofá cama) roto. La ventana del dormitorio sucia de excrementos de palomas, y no se puede abrir por este motivo. Las persianas apenas se pueden bajar y subir, entra muchísima claridad para poder dormir. Sin embargo, la cocina está bastante aceptable. La pared del saloncito está con mucha humedad y manchas. La limpieza es correcta, cambio de toallas diario y tienen la atención de dejar café, té y monodosis de leche, sin embargo, solo te dan una llave que obligatoriamente tienes que dejar en la recepción con lo cual no hay luz en el apartamento.
Las fotos que se ven en Booking no se corresponden con lo real.
En resumen, este apartamento requiere una reforma para estar de diez ya que su ubicación es estupenda y el personal muy atento y cordial . Lo mejor de Sussex garden 176, el personal de recepción y la ubicación.
Great location and the apartment was bigger than anticipated. Great kitchen, lots of windows. Claudio at the front desk was lovely. Sooo close to Paddington and lots of restaurant, bus and tube options.
A bit noisy on the street bring by a hospital and done late night street people listening to music…but a safe area.

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly, everyone else was helpful.
When I had an issue with the TV she sad she would tell the maintenance team the next day.. that is not helpful to me right now.

Fantastische Lage in Paddington. Ja, man hört den Lärm der Großstadt, aber das weiß man ja vorher wenn man Paddington kennt … also alles fein.

The breakfast was awful but included in price.
Heatwave in London and 2 fans so nothing for the living area. No ice available. The fire alarm went off and continued and there was no advice as to what was happening even after alerting desk staff or later that evening when we returned. No phone to call the desk. No information in the rooms.
