Fun place, great location and facilities
Pros:

Great location
Great customer service

Cons:

First night was very noisy (facing main road) however once issue was discussed with staff an alternate room on opposite side was arranged for the rest of our stay - was also during Songkran so additional festivities during this time

Alles top, allerdings wird es in der Nacht aufgrund der Lage sehr laut. Das Hotel stellt kostenlos Ohropax zur Verfügung. Wir empfanden es daher als nicht schlimm.

Unhelpful staff
Pros:

I had a great first impression of this place but it quickly turned sour when no one was able to help me with a booking error. They kept sending me back and forth and made my stay stressful and not enjoyable.

Cons:

The pool doesn't look clean...there is a layer of grime that lays on top. The hotel windows aren't good. You can hear music til 2 am.

Most things. Fantastic family room, location, pool, and staff. Would definitely stay again with the kids (7 &11)

Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zur Poolseite hin hört man den Lärm der Straße nicht. Das Personal ist top. Alle sehr auf Zack. Der Pool ist im Innenhof gelegen und man kann auch eine kleine Bahn schwimmen.

Cons:

Der Pool ist leider stark chlorhaltig. Man muss sich gut abduschen danach.

Pros:

The accommodation was incredible. We were expecting two connecting rooms but we were upgraded to a 3 bed suite.
The service was fantastic and the pool great for adults and kids.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast could have been better but was perfectly adequate.
