Rooms clean but could do with up dating, paintwork flooring and bathroom. Staff were excellent xx
Nothing
Mo breakfast available until alterations to restaurant were completed
A lift to the first floor.
Great location
Bedding was clean
Very old, mold in bathroom, rentokil poison box under the bed. Carpets stained.
No sockets by the bed.
No one answered when rang reception during the night. From midnight to 3 am.
The comfy bed and good facilities
It was n close proximity to Alton towers which was the reason for our visit. We had breakfast in the pub attached which was a lovely newly renovated pub. The staff was lovely in the pub in the morning.
The rooms are very dated. Although they look clean, there was a lot of mould in the bathroom and a massive amount on the windows
Staff were really friendly & helped wherever they could. Food was good & arrived very promptly
On Saturday, the kitchen closed at 9pm - I hate being one of those people that order late or close to the kitchen closing but we had been out all day & didn’t get back to the hotel until 9:08pm. We had to get McDonald’s for dinner!
Convenient and good location
Room was shabby and in need of refurbishment.
The restaurant was noisy and unwelcoming.
Easy to get too ,staff size off room
Convenient for me ( just off the A 50) Was allocated an accessible room which was very welcome. The staff were very kind and helpful
No breakfast at that time.
Location and generally clean
The sofa bed was not fit to sleep on. Feel metal bars through the mattress, at 1am ended up having to close the sofa bed and put mattress on the floor . Advised staff in the morning and they just shrugged shoulders as I handed them the key
Easy to find, good location. Furniture in room well worn but functional.
It was ok for the price
The staff very super friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The pub was brilliant. Tesco & McDonalds on doorstep.
The toliet in our room leaked (clean water) slightly.
Close to all amenities, wanted to go to Alton towers early so stayed here the night before.
Rooms were clean but very dated which is fine but the bed was without doubt the most uncomfortable bed I have ever "slept" in. Hardly slept a wink so no I wouldn't stay there again.
