Was looking forward to the stay but food was disappointing and spa didn’t work, contrary to the advert.

Nice property with great potential. Worth the discounted rate we received but definitely a challenge to justify the rack

Large reasonably appointed rooms
Good range of facilities.

Cons:

Definitely showing signs of wear, through out the property.
Odd layout of our room with the decorative fireplace being front and centre to the couch and bed. This meant the TV is offset, making it slightly uncomfortable to watch TV.
Breakfast buffet and menu items were very limited although restaurants staff were accommodating.

Great location with bautiful setting and restaurant, just some maintenance and details letting down.
Pros:

Location is great, Restaurant has great high-quality food, reception staff are efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Room was not in the best condition. The tapes in the bathroom were loose, the air conditioner didn't work properly and stopped working at midnight, so the room got hot. The cleaning staff were not friendly, and the breakfast service could have been better.

Comfy bed, modern bathroom.
We enjoyed exploring all the buildings living rooms, grounds and art.
Lovely service with late checkout.
Included tasting dinner and breakfast were delicious with great service.

Convenient overnight stay after visiting nearby restaurant in Red Hill.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety hot food wise and attentive, friendly staff. Easy parking, accommodation not busy even for a long weekend!

Cons:

Afterhours reception appeared remote and were not aware of our stay arrangements! All sorted next morning prior to breakfast at front desk. Internal telephone system not functioning, communication by mobile phone!

Location and surrounds are beautiful. Rooms are spacious and pleasant.

Cons:

The carpet is worn and tired. Unfortunately it makes the place look tired and in need of an upgrade.
Room service was unavailable at 8.30pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant kitchen was closed so I had to get uber eats.
