Would Come Back!!!
Pros:

Location of hotel was excellent - everything was within walking distance. We landed at Chitose, took the train in and walked to the hotel from Sapporo station. The staff was helpful in answering questions, holding luggage and the breakfast was great!!

Easy stay. Clean facilities.
Pros:

Clean facilities. Close to Odori and underground shopping street. Many good restaurants nearby. Breakfast menu changed between the first day and the second. Bus stop to the airport and ski resorts within walking distance. Staff were all nice, polite and helpful.

Cons:

The facewash didn't match my skin, but that's not the hotel's fault. Elevators were a bit slow.

삿포로 눈폭탄 때문에 체크인을 새벽에 했는데도 친절하게 잘 응대해주셨습니다. 제 실수로 예약에 약간의 문제가 생겼는데, 그 상황에서 임기응변으로 잘 해결해주셔서 노숙을 면하고 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 직원들이 정말 친절해요.

Cons:

타올 종류가 큰 목욕타올, 정사각형 페이스타올만 있어요. 중간 크기 사이즈가 없어서 조금 아쉬웠어요.

for a family of 5, our stay is one of memorable ones!.
Pros:

strategic location between transport hub and shopping district. Away from overly crowded area but within walking distance. Breakfast spread was good and would be great to have more vegetarian option.
