Pros:

직원분들이 친절했고 방도 깨끗하고 침구도 편안했습니다. 다만 이불이 너무 더워서 땀을 많이 흘렸어요. 가습기 요청도 빠르게 처리해주셔서 좋았고 조식도 모두 맛있었습니다. 특히 디저트들이 다 너무 맛있었어요. 위치는 여러 관광지와 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

밤에 계속 쿵쿵 소리가 주기적으로 났는데 이틀내내 꽤 큰 소리가 났어요. 기계에서 나는 소리같은데 수리되면 좋겠습니다. 가습기 제공은 좋았지만 내부가 청소되지 않았어요. 위치가 애매할수도 있습니다. 스스키노는 꽤 걸어야해요.

Gut und praktisch.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Sapporo gelegen und man kann sich auch gut fussläufig in der Stadt bewegen und für die Durchreise ist es durchaus gut organisiert, so kann man sich statt am Frühstück anstehen zu müssen, einfach am Aufzug einen Kaffee zum mitnehmen holen. Man findet allen Bedarf für das Badezimmer unten an der Rezeption und verschwendet so keine Toilettenartikel, sondern nimmt das was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eher für die Durchreise ausgelegt, die Aufenthaltsqualität im Speisesaal ist subjektiv betrachtet nicht sehr ansprechend; auch mit der Bar verhält es sich so. Daher haben wir es vorgezogen auswärts zu essen.

Great stay. Would go back.
Pros:

Excellent location. Superb onsen. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff also questions prior to arrival were answered immediately and comprehensively

Great clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Second time we’ve stayed here and we really like everything. Location is great - walk from JR Sapporo station and around Sapporo for restaurants and shops.
