Struttura molto bella composta da diversi appartamenti a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. Il nostro appartamento era lussuosamente arredato con tutto l’occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno, suggerisco di inserire due poltroncine nelle camere da letto per poter appoggiare i vestiti senza doverli sempre riporre nell’armadio.
Il check in e’ risultato abbastanza macchinoso in quanto, come purtroppo è in uso in molte strutture , deve essere fatto autonomamente, guidati solo da contatti via mail. Comunque avendo rilevato difficoltà siamo stati assistiti da un operatore presente sul posto.
Location is excellent. Shops, restaurants & cafes, and monuments are all within walking distance. The interior is nice and chic, and the apartment is quite spacious.
We are a group of three and stayed for 8 nights, but they gave us only 4 toilet rolls, 1 laundry tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet, 4 coffee pods, and 4 teabags. That's not enough, obviously, for the whole stay. We requested extra toilet rolls but were given only one as a "friendly gesture," and the staff told me to buy our own. We didn't come all the way to Venice to bother ourselves going to the supermarket to buy extra toilet rolls or amenities... I thought the management was cheap, though the apartment makes the impression of a luxurious apartment. Also, there is no free cleaning service (extra 60 euros) for over a week of staying, or even the exchange of sheets and towels. There is no vacuum cleaner, no blooms, no airer to hang the laundry. At the end of our stay, the towels are disgustingly dirty and wet. No extra blanket. No luggage keeping service (just gave us a link of paid luggage keeping shop). Everyone wants to stay canalside, but you can't choose yourself. We asked before our stay, but they said they couldn't tell us which was our room or on which floor. Our room was quite dark even though the curtain was open during the daytime and faced the alleyway, and I heard noise from outside, which was sometimes annoying. Before we arrived, they sent us tons of information, including a lengthy registration form as well as a bill for city tax. It's quite annoying to read them all and respond to them. The key to the room is your smartphone, and setting it up is quite difficult; On our iPhones, only the Google Chrome web browser worked with it. In fact, my mother-in-law has a hard time using it. The door handle fell off in our bedroom, and it was inconvenient.

Everything. Spectacular location, next to Rialto bridge and 5 mins away from San Marco square, the property was in a lovely villa, next to the canal, with a spectacular balcony from where you could see the gondolas.
The room was large, clean, modern but at the same time it had incorporated some antique furniture pieces.

Everything is shiny and new, there’s heaps of space, it’s perfectly clean and the location is brilliant. We loved arriving by water taxi straight to the door.
Being an apartment rather than a hotel, the check in and access process is rather convoluted, though maybe this is partly an Issue anywhere in bureaucratic Italy. You need to be fairly tech savvy, communicate via WhatsApp and make some adjustments to settings in your phone before you can get in, so if you don’t fancy that maybe a hotel is better. This process is a bit impersonal, but on the flip side you get a big apartment at a good price compared with a hotel.

Nuestra estancia en los apartamentos be mate Ponte de Rialto ha sido fantástica. Hemos quedado muy contentos con todo. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.
La ubicación es excelente, a un paso del Rialto, ideal para moverse por Venecia caminando. Las camas son muy cómodas, algo que se agradece muchísimo después de un día de turismo.
La cocina está muy bien equipada, no le falta detalle. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. ¡Repetiríamos!

Location was perfect and very easy to access from the Rialto Bus Stop. The apartment was HUGE! Great views, easy access to everything, and the common area was big enough to make up your own food if you preferred.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We had a large apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen complete with washing machine. It was perfect for our family of five. The location is right on a canal so you can take a taxi directly to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with large updated bathrooms.
