Beautiful restored Victorian with an outstanding view.
Located a short walk from the promenade
The shower was very difficult to adjust so it was either cold or scalding hot
Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast
Characterful hotel overlooking the bay. Good breakfast in conservatory with great views
Hotel is a little bit tired and in need of some sprucing up. My room wes basic but no complaints at the price and with its sea view
Brilliant
We really love the location and service of the hotel during our stay. It provided good breakfast and overall, very clean and cozy.
The hotel location cleanliness staff were friendly
Friendly, welcoming & helpful member of staff on arrival. The room was aired, very clean & well stocked with tea, coffee, toiletries, etc & was serviced every day, the view of the bay was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with many choices to suit every taste. Katy, her mum, the chef and Peter together with all of the housekeeping & reception staff looked after us exceptionally well.
The room decor & furnitue was slightly dated but sill funtional making for a lovely quirky room.
Breakfast was excellent ,staff members outstanding,e joyed every minute of my stay.looking forward to coming back.
The room was clean and comfortable with crisp white linen and fluffy towels.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and a small selection of toiletries.
We had spectacular views across the bay, even better when all lit up at night.
There's a path across the road that leads to a viewpoint. The path leads on down to the cable car that will take you to the great orme summit. Walk a little further and there are pretty gardens with views of the pier and beyond.
The road to the hotel is steep, but there is enough parking. Just make sure your handbrake is on. The steep road results in fabulous views, and well worth the effort.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Plenty of it and all freshly cooked to order.
We loved the conservatory nook on the first floor. A cosy place where we had our fish n chips and took in the views.
We would definitely stay again.
The only thing I'd suggest is a little tlc in the bathroom. The radiator was rusty, easily remedied with hammerite paint.
Breakfast was outstanding and the location was good to town.
The only downside was the cost for taking a dog. Should be either free or a small fee eg £10 maximum
Breakfast was good and arrived shortly after ordering.
Car parking was a bit tight and on a steep drive. On the whole it was an enjoyable stay.
Just needs a few new fixtures and fittings.
The staff were very nice and friendly and the cooked breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable.
The whole hotel is very run down and needs some TLC. The toilet seat in our bathroom was all flaky and peeling off. The radiator was all rusty and the bath panel was hanging off.
It was clean and staff great and friendly and helpful . Breakfast very good and relax
Bed was broken . Shower didn’t drain very well .
