Chambre très petite impossible de circuler a 2.
Sous le lit plein de poussière.
Télé 📺 sans télécommande.
Une seule prise du courant pour allumer utiliser le bouilloire il faut débrancher le petit frigo.
Pas de poubelle pour la chambre .
Mauvaise odeur dans la douche .
Petit déjeuner dans un autre établissement a côté qui est faible pas varier.......fin même pour l'interrupteur qui est a côté de la télé il faut se lever éteindre la lumière avant de rejoindre le lit
Au moment de réservation jai vu les photos de la chambre qui ça rien a voir avec la réalité..

Grand Esen - niska cena, dobra lokalizacja.
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Stambułu. Przy hotelu liczbe wejścia do pociągu Marmara, którym dojedziesz do kluczowych miejsc, plaży czy do stacji metra. Blisko do stacji promowej, do najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych Stambułu. Na uliczce znajduje się świetny muzułmański kebap a sprzedawcy nie są zbytnio nachalni. Czystość i wykończenie hotelu średnie. Możesz liczyć na czyste ręczniki, sprzatanie pokoju i tyle, nie jest to 5 gwiazdowy standard. Jeżeli chcesz spędzić całe dnie na zwiedzaniu a do hotelu przyjść tylko na czas snu i kąpiel to jest to tania i dobra opcja. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu jedliśmy w restauracji obok. Było to tradycyjne śniadanie (2 rodzaje sera, dżemy, miód, pieczywo, jajka, pomidory i ogórki, czasami sałatka, omlet jajeczny lub deser). Nigdy nie wyszłam głodna. Pod hotelem znajduje się dobra kawiarnia. Warto wypić turecką herbatę lub wziąć kawę z lodem na wynos.

Cons:

Na minus stan techniczny hotelu. Potrzeba kilku napraw, profesionalnego malarza/tynkarza, wymiany drzwi na nowe itp. Z zewnątrz jest piękna elewacja a w środku lekki bałagan.

I used this hotel as a one night stay before fly out of Istanbul, I had a very early flight so was looking for something
Pros:

This was in the heart of Istanbul and very close to railway station.

Cons:

Unfortunately the towels and bed were not clean, towels had hair all over them and bed sheets were had stains.
Did not feel comfortable sleeping or showering while on my stay.

Decent location and helpful staff, but poor cleanliness and bed bugs made my stay disappointing.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful when I requested a room change. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs much better maintenance and cleanliness.

Cons:

The hotel is located right next to a mosque, so the loudspeaker can be very loud and may wake you up early in the morning. The room was not very clean, and the bed sheets and blankets did not feel fresh. The air conditioner was not working properly, and I found bed bugs in my room, so I had to request a different room. Unfortunately, after my stay I developed a skin rash, which I believe may have been related to the bedding. Cleanliness and room maintenance need significant improvement.
