Безопасно для путешественницы, чистый номер, отличное расположение, отзывчивые сотрудники.
Pros:

Так как я путешествовала одна, мне было важно чувствовать себя в безопасности. Отель находится рядом с туристическими местами и оживленными улицами, при этом было достаточно тихо (я была на 2 турецком этаже). Номер красивый и чистый, современный. Уборка проходит каждый день, все очень аккуратно и деликатно. Ближе к выходным внизу рядом с отелем до примерно часу ночи играла оживленная музыка и было слышно басы (я закрыла окно, шумоподавление отличное). Зимой в конце января в номере было очень тепло, батарея хорошо греет. Рядом куча кафешек, где можно позавтракать, и спешелти-кофеен. Персонал отеля замечательный, всегда были на связи, во время моего пребывания я говорила с сотрудниками в том числе на русском языке. Вернусь еще и буду рекомендовать.

Pros:

The location was great, near Taksim square and easily accessible to public transportation.
One of the staff was very helpful and available.

Cons:

So far from the standards of a four star hotel.
The room was not clean and the towels provided were stained and ripped.
No daily cleaning unless it was asked and even when they did the service they didn’t clean the bathroom or the shower.
It’s unthinkable that one of the staff at the reception didn’t even speak English.

Pros:

Wanted to say thank you so much for making our trip to Istanbul so special and wonderful! We really loved the service and the team, everyone is so attentive, welcoming and always ready to help. Moreover, the room was so cute and super clean, the position is amazing.

Как всегда все замечательно! Останавливался в отеле больше десяти раз и вернусь еще.
Огромное спасибо ребятам на ресепшен, всегда во всем готовы помочь и идут на встречу.

Pros:

Удобное расположение от метро Таксим (5-7 минут), не нужно подниматься сильно в горку или спускаться, что важно. Рядом с отелем супермаркеты и заведения.

Отель стильный, с лифтом. В номере была вода, что приятно. Советую выбрать номер, выходящий на внутренний двор, там тише.

Спасибо персоналу, который говорит на английском и русском языках. Помогли оперативно разместиться и просто выручили по личной просьбе, за что большое спасибо!

Буду рада остановиться здесь еще раз

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ωραία δωματια
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική σε 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στην λεωφόρο του Πέραν
Άνετα δωμάτια με ωραία αισθητική
Value for money επιλογή

Cons:

Έμεινα 2 μέρες και ενώ έβαλα την ταμπέλα ότι θέλω housekeeping δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ το δωμάτιο μου.

Great experience overall
Pros:

I stayed only for one night - but it was such a great experience! Would like to highlight friendly and welcoming staff - such lovely people!
The room was nice as well, all the basics are provided, I felt very comfortable. 100% recommended!
p.s. it smells so good at the hotel :)
