Excellent location and incredible service from the staff. They went above and beyond to respond to all our requests, and we always felt like we were a priority, even when the hotel was busy with many other guests. This really shows the passion and care they have for their guests.
This is what makes the difference between a good stay and an excellent one — just like in our case.
If we have the chance to come back to Istanbul, we already know where we will stay.
In addition to their outstanding service, the room was very clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers a wide range of contacts with tour operators and service providers in Istanbul, which made us feel comfortable and never bored.

Расположение супер, в 5 минутах ходьбы до Голубой мечети, персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый, нас по просьбе заселили по раньше за что огромное спасибо, завтрак разнообразный и вкусный с видом на Босфор.
Апартаменты комфортные.
Немного было шумно, так как стены довольно тонкие и хорошо слышно соседей, но большого беспокойства не было.
