Pros:

Front Desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and co.fortable. Walking distance to Greg Frewin theater as well as many attractions. Enjoyed our one night stay!

Cons:

The coffee in the room wasn't good.

Pros:

The front desk staff made our stay amazing upgraded our room for our anniversary. Everything was beautiful. Quick check inn time and fast check out

Cons:

Been to this property six or seven times go to see family across to the US and make it a overnight thing stayed at multiple hotels in Niagara through the years tried this one about a year and a half ago and it’s my go to place will not go to any other hotel but this one love it
