Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent. Room facilities were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A self service laundry would have been good. Smokers standing close to the front entrance was unpleasant.

Great location and breakfast. Rooms average
Pros:

Great location just a few steps from train, trans and buses in central Oslo so very easy to get around.
Lots of places in walking distance to sightsee/eat and drink
Nice rituals toiletries
Great breakfast - just cold fried eggs were not that pleasant!!

Cons:

Double beds had single duvet which was wierd. Pillow either super soft or a rock and nothing in between.
No kettle in room just a coffee machine. Not everyone likes coffee . . . .
Rooms incredibly sparse. No desk to do any work at and very dark which as a challenge and frustrating given I’m sure I’m not the only person who stays for business here.
Cellar cutting costs. No milk or creamer, no vanity bits.
Spa area small. No beds to lounge. Odd small round pool that was neither a hot tub, a plunge pool or a swimming pool.

Pros:

Breakfast was Fabolous, rooms nice and clean but very cold. There was no way to adjust the temperature. Bring warm pajamas in the winter!

Cons:

We had 2 keycards to the room, the elevator system kept disabling them in turn for some reason. Also the elevator system was very confusing, with the lifts seemingly going up and down randomly every now and then.
