Leider das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe – es gab absolut nichts Positives.

Cons:

1. Irreführende Bilder online: Die Fotos auf der Website vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als es der Realität entspricht. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und wirkt insgesamt stark heruntergekommen – offenbar wurde seit Jahrzehnten kaum investiert.

2. Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand: Unsere beiden ursprünglichen Zimmer wiesen Schimmelansätze auf. Nach längerem Hin und Her wurden uns zwar neue Zimmer zugewiesen, aber auch diese waren weit entfernt von einem akzeptablen Zustand. Die schimmelbefallenen Zimmer rochen stark muffig und feucht – der Geruch war bei Betreten deutlich spürbar und reizte Augen und Atemwege.

3. Veraltete Ausstattung: Betten, Decken und Kissen sind stark abgenutzt und machen einen unhygienischen Eindruck.

4. Ungeziefer im Zimmer: In den Zimmern fanden sich zahlreiche Insekten wie Spinnen – inklusive Spinnweben und weiteren Verschmutzungen, sowohl in den ursprünglich zugewiesenen als auch in den Ersatz-Zimmern.

5. Schimmel in der Dusche: Die Duschkabinen zeigten deutliche schwarze Schimmelspuren, was sehr unhygienisch und unzumutbar ist.

6. Mangelhaftes Frühstück: Das Frühstück ist inakzeptabel. Die angebotenen Brötchen und Speisen machten den Eindruck, als lägen sie bereits mehrere Tage. Die Stimmung unter den Gästen war entsprechend enttäuscht – von einem genussvollen Start in den Tag kann keine Rede sein.

Fazit:
Auch wenn der Preis auf den ersten Blick attraktiv erscheinen mag, rate ich dringend davon ab, dieses Hotel zu buchen – selbst nicht für eine Nacht. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen in keiner Weise nachvollziehen und empfehle dringend, eine andere Unterkunft zu wählen.

É um hotel antigo, mas está tudo bem conservado e a vista é maravilhosa.

Funcionarios nota 10!!!
Pros:

Com certeza o que eu mais gostei durante minha estadia foram os funcionários. Extremamente prestativos, simpaticos e educados. A limpeza tambem estava excelente. Ótimo hotel. Antigo, mas confortável.

Cons:

A unica coisa que me desagradou foi o fato da piscina estar indisponível e isso só foi avisado na hora do check in. Seria interessante que esse tipo de informação fosse fornecida durante a reserva e nao no check in. Infelizmente por isso meus filhos ficaram muito desapontados. Mas do resto, recomendo o hotel.

The hotel has beautiful views, everything is clean and in working order, the staff are very friendly staff and the hotel has a brand-new wellness area

Cons:

The staff is quite inexperienced, the wellness area (sauna, steam bath, cold bath) missed essentials (no music, no outside area, water to drink) and the cold bath had too high chlorine smells, the dinner options are very limited, the restaurant area lacks charm and atmosphere, the breakfast was very basic and we didn't like the beds at all - we had a very bad night.
