Location is great with an excellent breakfast in the morning; great variety. The staff are very helpful. Parking is available (free) next to hotel, but limited. Great value for money.
Hotel room bathroom was a bit tired and the door didn’t shut; a little awkward when sharing with a friend.

Brilliant location, right in the town and not far from seafront. Lovely big spacious room with aircon and a comfortable bed. Clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. So much we couldn't finish it! Would stay there again happily.
Only small gripe was very creaky floorboards so you couldn't go to the loo quietly and could hear people moving in other rooms. However it's an old building, so to be expected and it wasn't a big problem. No parking spaces free outside when we arrived but we got a free space a few hundred yards away so again not a big problem.

Black marks in shower needed some attention.Toilet cleaning also needed to be checked .
Location was good for us, breakfast staff were fine.
Were made to wait too long at check-in, as staff too busy serving at the bar, even after acknowledging us. Room had no sound proofing, couldn't sleep with noise from below in bar. even at 3 am. Floor was unbelievably noisy every time went around the bed to the bathroom. Breakfast staff took away self service items almost as soon as we sat down, while in the allocated breakfast time. Each day the orange juice dispenser was empty!
Electric socket in room was coming away from the wall. Parking was difficult near the hotel.
Massive room, comfy bed, fairly quiet.

Staff were lovely. Had our evening meal on the premises. Good wholesome food and not over priced. Brogan who served us was lovely, attentive but not ‘in your face’
Would stay again
Bathroom was a little tired but the toilet flushed and the shower showered.
Could do with just a little TLC
There was only one cup and the tea/coffee hadn’t been replenished but we didn’t need it so it wasn’t an issue for us

Gluten free limited, bathroom shower over bath difficult to manoeuvre as glass partition close to toilet, so couldn’t pull glass screen out to get shower on. No grip to get into bsth( an accident waiting to happen, tea/coffees not filled up in room, had to ask a few times, staff happy to oblige though
