Pros:

男友達4人で2泊しました!!2シングルベッド2ルームで広くはないですが快適でした^⁠_⁠^プール含め全て清潔でとても良かったです。1泊朝食付き3,000円位で超お得です。朝食は最高に美味しかったです(笑)立地も良く歩いてどこでも行けました!!

Cons:

バスタオルは有りましたがフェイスタオルは有りません（泣）2ルームはコネクティングだったら最高でした…笑笑

Pros:

I recently stayed at the Grand Ixora for four nights and had a generally positive experience.

The location is definitely the highlight—just steps from Lippo Mall, and walking distance to Discovery Mall and Kuta beach.

Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite and professional. My room was clean and modern, though on the smaller side (which is fairly typical for for twin size single beds). The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains

Overall, I’d rate my stay 3.5 to 4 out of 5. It’s a solid, reliable option if location is your priority, but not necessarily the best choice if you’re looking for luxury or extra space.

Cons:

More space in the rooms. Was not able to walk around the room without banging my legs onto the bed all the time.

Pros:

The hotel is convenient to a lot of restaurants close to discovery mall.
Staff were pleasant and only did what they were directed to do.
The cleaner was quick and effecient

Cons:

As much as I tried to like it, several things let it down.
Firstly it was made clear no food or drinks to be consumed on premises from the outside.
Every place is different and it seems they can charge whatever tax they want. This hotel had the highest 28% tax and 10% surcharge on everything, but it's not told just written in small print, so what they advertise isn't necessarily the price especially the Spa they did not seem to care.
Then the breakfast isn't catered for western food until I said something then you can ask for eggs, but are not out you have to ask, they have no bacon or similar so beware, if you like rice and fried food it's OK.
I asked for ice for my wine I bought outside because they only have beer, was told they don't do that but the nice gentleman in the Cafe allowed me to have a glass.
It seems they trimmed everything down then charge extra to regain profits.
We had to carry our own bags to and from our rooms no offer of help I guess if we asked they would.
It was comfortable enough and we went out alot but not a 4 star.
