Overall an excellent break great location friendly staff clean would do it again we stayed 14 days
Pros:

We had a nice view from the forth floor of our room a little dated but clean, we both enjoyed the breakfast and the variety ,the staff treated us like we were special

Cons:

When we first got the room the bathroom did not have a throw mat for the shower this was corrected and we felt the room should have a small fridge so we could keep some refreshments

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, HOTEL MUY MUY DETERIORADO

Nada, pésimo servicio. Un hotel muy deteriorado.

Cons:

La habitación la entregaron 2 horas después de que llegué. ( Llegué a las 3 PM y la entregaron a las 5 pm)
La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba. No contaba con una ventana y entraba mucho ruido toda la noche.
Cobijas de la cama sucias. Un solo elevador para 16 pisos.
Tardabas horas en subir o bajar. El área que tiene de playa muy sucia.
No nos brindaron solucion y nos dieron las habitaciones más viejas y sucias por haber reservado en la aplicación. No tiene suficiente espacio en el estacionamiento.

El hotel es bonito

Cons:

No se te ocurra llegar un poco antes del check in, aunqu lo solicites, porque a diferencia de otros hoteles, este hotel no te deja usar las instalaciones, aunque no haya tanto hospedaje. Es tan incomodo el personal de seguridad siempre te estan vigilando en el área de la alberca, super fatal eso

La alberca y las vistas.

Cons:

El lavamanos tenía fuga de agua, tiraba mucha. Lo reportamos y lo arreglaron una noche antes de salir. La regadera no tenía agua constante.

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena el.personal muy amable

Cons:

Creo que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad a corregir el agua en las regaderas era un minichorrro no contaba con. Toalla para manos a mucho trabajo dejaban 2 toallas de baño, nunca me dejaron café la caja de seguridad no funcionaba el Internet es muy malo, el mobiliario muy deteriorado en la zona de alberca faltan sombras o paraguas

Excelente atención de todo el personal desde seguridad, recepción, maletero, aseo y personal del restaurante una excelente atención aparte de que regalan hielo es un gran Plus

Cons:

Todo bien solo por el bar que está abajo cruzando la calle y suben mucho el volumen aparte que cualquier vehículo que pasa se escucha su ruido y sería bueno que sellaran las ventanas para evitar escuchar el ruido que con el aire acondicionado se mantiene en excelente clima el interior
