The view, location, service, and food. It was the best latte I’ve had on my Japan trip. Taking the elevator to the top of the tower was incredible. Beautiful view. Plus the chocolates they left out, it’s so delicious.
I wish parking was closer. That’s the only negative thing.
Great location in the Mirai Tower -- very central, beautiful view of the park and Space Ship Aqua. Close to subway.

Wir hatten das Zimmer L12 mit tollem Ausblick auf den Park und Oasis 21. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und bietet tollen Komfort, Badewanne und Regendusche, hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, kuschelige Pantoffeln und Bademäntel. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir hatten das westliche Frühstück und es war sehr umfangreich, ein Menü mit viel Auswahl und toller Service. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

First off I have to stay the staff here are just a delight! So warm and friendly and will do anything for you - even escort you to the lift and press the button! The hotel is very art focussed, art and installations adorn the walls in the corridors and room. I’m not into art so didn’t mean much to me. The room was a good size, very welcome after Tokyo hotel rooms, and had good aircon. I didn’t sleep well for two reasons - one, the bed is very hard and the pillows are (in my opinion) awful! Rectangular hard lumps of a foam like material - not a feather in sight. The second reason is part of the hotel’s USP - it is built in amongst the tower itself so we had a massive steel girder right across the middle - the worry of either myself or my husband getting up in the night to pee and knocking ourselves out was constant.
The bathroom is dark but beautiful. Lovely amenities too.
Breakfast was excellent. You have to book a breakfast time slot when you check in as it is a traditional Japanese breakfast cooked just for you. A real experience and beautifully presented as always.
Overall as the most important aspect of a hotel stay for me is the bed, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the pillow.
Maybe they will get some softer pillows for us softy Westerners!
It was so cool to stay in the tower, especially since we got an upgrade to the corner suite. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simply stunning and the secret escalator to the observatory of the tower is so much fun!
