Stunning location, attentive staff and great service
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Loads of choice - fresh fruits, yoghurts, breads, pastries, cakes, hot food and eggs any way you want them. Staff very attentive. Beautiful setting for breakfast on the terrace. Gym was well equipped. Beach staff very attentive and professional especially Hamza and Antonio. Beach bar had good food and great service.

An idyllic corner of Sicily I can’t wait to return to.

We had a great time relaxing and exploring. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Cons:

De kamers vielen echt tegen, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding absoluut niet in orde. De kamers zijn bedompt en klein. De badkamers moeten echt gerenoveerd worden. De locatie is mooi maar het hotel en omgeving moet veel beter onderhouden worden. Alles zag er smoezelig en slordig uit. De strandbedjes waren vies. Heel jammer, ik zou er niet weer naar toe gaan.

Waste of money. Beware
Cons:

The advertisement for the room is incorrect. The description indicated a private pool with sea view and hot tub. The room given to me had neither. I went back to ask for the 1700 usd per night room I paid for and was shown a Cabana that was nearly flooded from rain, no sea view but yes a hot tub that was not ready for use. For a high end resort it was poorly managed, false advertisement and there are no private pools in the rooms and no pool at all. When I went to use the spa I could not as the entire spa was booked in one hour blocks for Treatment….and there were no openings the whole weekend. Breakfast a simple buffet and dinner overly priced. When I asked for clarification, riembursement or a better room that was not flooded with a hot tub—answer was no…. Not worth the money so BEWARE. Taormina is beautiful but this hôtel is not worth the money, false advertisement and rude management.

A romantic beachfront resort with great views and friendly staff, though small details and service could be improved for
Pros:

The location was beautiful and right on the beach with amazing views of Isola Bella. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the grounds were clean and well maintained. We loved the private Jacuzzi and the view from our room. The on-site restaurant was excellent—the sea bass, lamb chops, and pistachio ice cream with cannoli were some of the best we had in Italy. The short walk to the cable car made it easy to explore Taormina.

Cons:

Breakfast was decent but mostly pastries and bread with limited protein options. We noticed ants in the room toward the end of our stay after leaving food inside, and the beach service was slow at first until we went up to place an order. Bottled water was charged daily, which is common in Europe but good to know in advance. Mosquitoes were also noticeable, so repellent is a must if you plan to sit outside.

An unforgettable stay, beautiful hotel, incredible staff made for a perfect Taormina experience.
Pros:

This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel it self is excellent, what really makes it special is the staff. So helpful, considerate and always going above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Great location with easy access to the town. Highly recommend!
