Unsettling
Pros:

The staff check in employee and lady setting up the breakfast bar were very considerate and understanding.

Cons:

I found a syringe with a substance in it and a needle cap under the mattress when pulling down the sheets. They moved me rooms, but the damage was done. I didnt stay one night but paid for two!

Worth the stay!
Pros:

The kitchen area was very well clean and equipped with all your cooking needs and the bathroom is beautiful 😍

Cons:

It didn't provide a tub 😔, but other than that. Everything was satisfying and the staff was very professional. Thank you Mrs. April! 😊

Everything, but I hate to give good reviews and fight for my reservations but they are the only place I’ll stay at when I’m going to stay any where in Kentucky or Cincinnati.

Great staff but beds need updated
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the location was conveniently located

Cons:

The bed was so hard it was unsleepable. The staff is not 24 hour and we didn't realize the issue until after hours. They gave us a new room the next day which was a little better but the bed was still on the hard side.

Pros:

Good value... clean and quiet very roomy great location to casino easy to get to...great staff made us feel very welcome

Cons:

Bed was a lil hard for our liking...no charge ports for phone chargers had to go buy wall charger ..tv slighty small in comparison to room and distance from beds ... kind of nitpicking because you asked what could be improved

Perfect!
Pros:

We booked this hotel on whim to accommodate an early doctors appointment for my special needs child at Cincinnati children's. Absolutely could not have been more pleased! The staff was so kind and accommodating of our late "just to sleep" check in. The room felt simply like home away from home. So clean and comfy with all the things you usually need but forget! I just couldnt skip out on letting you know this establishment is well beyond exceeding expectations 💕💕💕
