Ich hatte ein Zimmer Deluxe gebucht mit schöner Aussicht aber das war leider nicht der Fall
was mir nicht gefallen hatte

Fernseher war nur im Wohnzimmer
Ein‘s im Schlafzimmer wäre super gewesen aber naja man ist ja da um Urlaub zu machen und nicht um TV zu schauen deswegen nicht so schlimm

Локация шикарная, очень чистые номера, сервис на уровне. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить их 9 этаж, где проходят завтраки, открывается шикарный вид на Босфор и Галатскую башню.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zwischen dem alten und dem modernen Zentrum, und beide sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine klare Information über die Hotelfacilities, z. B. über die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna oder des Fitnesscenters. Man muss überall selbst hingehen und alles anfragen – auch Bademäntel und Handtücher für die Sauna.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, jeder wurde fündig und die ganze Ambiente an sich war wunderschön. Alle Angestellten waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Was ich persönlich auch gut fand, nachdem Checkout konnte Ma trotzdem seine Koffer dort noch lagern und ganz entspannt rumlaufen.
