This Hotel has in his Booking description in the first paragraph the following: "Each unit includes a kitchenette, [...]"
My unite didn't include a kitchenett. So I went to the reception and asked but they said it's my own fault since I didn't booked the more expensive units. When you go to buy a car, and the dealer tells you "Each car includes a radio." and then you buy the car and realize it does not have a radio I think you would be also pissed.
Pleas just change this bloody phrase in your description to: "Some units include a kitchenette"
