I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding
my stay from Jan 30 to Feb 2. Despite having a prior written confirmation for an early check-in between 02:00-03:00, I was met with unprofessional and unacceptable behavior upon arrival.

The hotel staff insisted on a 64 EUR CASH ONLY payment for the early check-in, explicitly refusing card payments at first. Even after I managed to pay by card, they refused to provide a legal fiscal invoice, which is a serious violation of Romanian financial laws.

Furthermore, the experience was appalling:
• Hygiene: The room was unsanitary, especially under the beds. I repeatedly found hair in the breakfast food.
• Service: The staff, particularly the breakfast manager, were rude and hostile.

Given the severity of these violations, I expect a full refund for the 64 EUR charge. I am officially escalating this matter to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and requesting Booking.com to investigate this property for breach of service agreement and illegal billing practices.

As a traveler from France, I will not overlook such substandard and unlawful treatment."

Cons:

Pulizia delle stanze non impeccabile. Ad esempio per diversi giorni non hanno sostituito le tazze usate per il caffè ed i bicchieri. Minifrigo non funzionante.
