Pros:

Les chambres et plus généralement l'hôtel sont confortables et bien équipés mais la décoration est triste ce qui donne à l'ensemble un caractère froid et impersonnel. Heureusement, l'accueil est chaleureux, ce qui compense !

Расположение — просто 10 из 10. Отель находится в самом сердце города. До Старого города, главных исторических улочек и достопримечательностей — буквально считанные минуты пешком. Очень удобно, что рядом станция метро (Universitate) и остановка 100-го автобуса-экспресса, который идет прямо в аеропорт. Логистика идеальная, до всех ключевых точек города добирались без проблем.

Персонал. Отдельная благодарность команде отеля! Ребята на рецепции невероятно приветливые, вежливые и отзывчивые. Процедуры заселения (check-in) и выезда (check-out) заняли буквально пару минут, всё четко, профессионально и с улыбкой. Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем с первой до последней секунды.

kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Oda ihtiyacı görüyordu.
Otel personelinden kahvaltı servisimizi yapan Tina ve Alina çok yardımcı oldular ve çok güler yüzlüydüler. Resepsiyondan Andrei de çok yardımcı oldu. Maria'ya da ilgisi ve hoş sohbeti için teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Oda küçüktü. Duş başlığı çok yukarıdaydı ve takılamıyordu. yangın sensörünün ışığı bütün gece yanıp sönüyor, uyumamı zorlaştırdı.

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour découvrir Bucarest, à proximité du quartier Lipscani et du parc Cismigiu. Les chambres sont confortables et la décoration est soignée. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents.
