Great place, good value for money.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful, very pleasant and accomodating. Comfortable bed, good choice of pillows, clean room, air coditioning made the night pleasant in a canicular day. Great options for breakfast. Fantastic location, easy access to lots of places and attractions.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

I arrived late at night, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made for a great first impression.

To me, this is a classic, well-maintained hotel that has everything you need. What impressed me the most was the level of cleanliness. Even the hard-to-reach areas were spotless - I couldn't find a single issue. Although the hotel is quite old, it has a charming vintage character that adds to its atmosphere rather than taking away from it. It made my stay in Bucharest feel even more authentic.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a TV, complimentary tea and coffee, and bathroom amenities. The room looked exactly like the photos.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant.

Cons:

My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary drinking water in the room. The minibar was empty, and since I arrived very late at night, I didn't want to bother the staff, so I ended up drinking tap water instead.
