High potential with minor corrections!
Pros:

Location was nice! Staff were friendly. The pool was beautiful, Wifi was strong. The mini fridge was perfect.

Cons:

The wifi was routed through an unregistered VPN and guests were not informed about it (shady practice). Housekeeping only when specifically requested. Mosquitos and other bugs in the room. AC just barely keeping up on hot days.

Pros:

I stay in Guna Graha every time I come to Kuta. It is close to all my favorite restaurants and bars. Very close to the beach and the airport. Pool is very big and I really like the pool side. Great value for money

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo y a buen precio. Siempre me alojo allí , la limpieza no es su punto fuerte pero tampoco es que esté muy sucio. Solo algunas manchas en las sábanas y el baño con humedad, cosas normales.

La limpieza en la zona de la ducha, no había apenas jabón

Pros:

Every time we come to Kuta, we stay at this hotel. It is very close to the airport so it just takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi. All the nice restaurants and bars we enjoy are nearby. It has a really nice pool and a really big fridge in the room. The balconies in the upstairs rooms are nice and downstairs rooms have very easy access to the pool. Perfect value for money

Нужно улучшить бассейн и тогда будет всё супер
Pros:

Доброе отношение персонала. Семья. Близкое расположение магазинов, обменных пунктов, пляжа, ресторанов и кафе. Есть парковка. Несмотря на шумную улицу, на территории отеля в нашей зоне было тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Строительные работы корпуса которые создавали шум у бассейна. Грязный бассейн, сначала мы подумали, что он просто зеленый от плитки, а оказалось вода цветет, я испортила два купальника. Бассейн не очищается хлоркой, на дне бассейна в некоторых местах сломана и оторвана плитка.
