Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area, and bartender. Loved that it had a restaurant and breakfast offered. The bright rooms and views of the mountains and sunset were the best part. At the end of town so easy to get around. And the parking lot was so convenient.

Relaxing, approachable luxury, personal, fun.
Pros:

Everyone on staff was warm and friendly. We loved the location, the atmosphere, food and drinks. We loved the aspect of midcentury revival using an existing hotel. Staff went out of their way to make the experience exceptional and comfortable. Special shout out to the le labo. Bed and linens were all lux and comfy. Loved the balcony with the pool and mountain views. Loved the music. It was just great.

Cons:

There were a few little design things that could have been better - like the kettle and fridge in the room both having the same sort of plug so they couldn't both be plugged in at the same time, and the lighting at the vanity being a little dim. The food at the cafe was a little overpriced. I felt like we could have just walked to get better food for less money. $10 cappuccinos are just a little much, especially since we are already paying the resort fee. But all and all a good dining experience.

Updated motel with great pool and pool bar.
Pros:

Nicely remodeled rooms with luxury bathroom items. Pool and pool bar was a huge plus. The cocktails were very good and way better than what you typically find at hotel pool bars.

Cons:

The checkin was a little confusing. They have a self-checkin but it didn't work and you end up having to work with one of the staff members anyways. Location is good but it is about a 30 min walk to the main strip.

Stylish and memorable stay in Palm Springs
Pros:

Great stay in Palm Springs. The location was ideal for driving around and exploring the area, and it was close to a few restaurants and shops too. The room was a really good size, clean, and the decor was very cool, and there was even a small balcony. It has the feel of a motel, but in the most upscale way possible, which gives it a really nice character. There’s also a pool area and an on-site bar for drinks and breakfast. Check-in was really quick. It’s self check-in, but there was a staff member there anyway, which was helpful. Would definitely revisit in the future.

Cons:

The only downside was that it would be great to have some kind of online system for leaving a tip, as there wasn’t a cash machine on site or nearby.

Great place fantastic employees bad management
Pros:

I was looking forward to having fun listening to some good music but couldn't there was this person by the name Charlie or something like that telling the guess no u can't sit there I felt very uncomfortable how she show the employee's no respect at all I felt so bad for them besides that housekeeping was great and the food fantastic pool great management so bad 👎
