Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere sia a piedi che con i mezzi diverse parti della citta'. Stanza veramente spaziosa per gli standard del Giappone.

Pobyt był dla nas bardzo milym zaskoczeniem.
Bardzo ładnie urządzony, sporych rozmiarów pokój. Znakomite położenie, bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego, z którego dojedziemy do głównych atrakcji Kyoto.
Bezpośrednio przy hotelu przystanek autobusowy, na który dojedziemy autobusem z Kyoto Station.
Blisko hotelu smaczna lokalna sniadaniownia.
W hotelu znajduje się pralnia, w której możemy zrobić pranie w cenie.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Early check in was a life saver!
Pros:

The location was not in city center but it was easily accessible by bus. Take bus 50 from central exit! They offered us early check in since the room was ready when we arrived to leave our bags. The kitchenette was stocked with pots, cups and utensils to use and the space was comfortable.

Cons:

I called to get information on how to reach the hotel, the staff answered once but the second and third call went unanswered. Could have been a coincidence but the staff was sitting at the desk when we got there.

Great and comfortable stay for my husband, his niece, and I!
Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was really accommodating to me, my husband, and our niece. I had to go out to double check their trash policy and the employee at the front was very helpful even if we had a small hiccup in language (nothing google translate couldn't help with). Their washing machine was also available late nights - I was able to wash at midnight the night before we checked out!

Cons:

We had all the trashes replaced - my only complaint was not having extra toilet paper or toilet paper replacements during our stay - we could have asked at the front but we were exhausted after our days out.

Pros:

安くて設備もよかった！

Cons:

ソファーをベットに変えてくれていたけど
その下のホコリがすごく 前回の？と思うスリッパも
そのままだった。 端にもホコリが溜まっていて
子供と一緒だったので 掃除機を借りて 掃除をしました。
清掃の仕方が気になりました。
