Fantastic location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location and free parking, thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, sunscreen, and aloe vera.

Cons:

Communication was not great and the parking situation, as spots were first come first serve and unreserved and only 5 spots for 8 units. I sent a message 24 hours before my stay that went unanswered through my entire weekend stay, my question was about parking. I felt like I would lose my spot at night if I left on Saturday so had to spend the extra money to uber just so I wouldn’t lose my spot.

Additionally the WiFi connection was really bad, the instructions asked you to message if you have connectivity issues and the response was like try again.

The decor was also a bit outdated and odd. Keypad was so scratched and sun damaged you could not visibly see the numbers in daylight.

Relaxing and what we needed from Ohio.
Pros:

As always, location is outstanding. Apartments are always clean and tidy.

Cons:

Unfortunately the dryer in the utility area (washer and dryer setup) did not work. Another property location was offered as an option but not something I did during my stay. Situational inconvenience!

The location and the free parking

Cons:

There were issues with the front door lock. It was very glitchy. Maybe the cold temps were the issue.the table on the bed side table you couldn’t turn off so everytime you had to un plug it.

Pros:

Location and cleanliness, parking included, cute building. The ceiling fan worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped. Very clean

Cons:

A bit slow responding to question about checkout.... time came and went before I got an answer. Our room was very small, tv was around a corner from the bed. Strange layout but it did have everything. Noisy ac unit.

Super cute and comfortable! Great location, great host and all the amenities!
Pros:

Location is unbelievable - right on the beach. Very nicely decorated and super clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was perfect! Being right on the Broadwalk was so convenient and fun. Loved everything!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the place and won’t stay here again
Pros:

Very close to the Broadwalk and the beach.

Cons:

We could never get it cool enough.
Every time we walked into our place it smelt like marijuana.
We had issues with the shower head not working on the first day. It feel off the wall when we tried to place it back up. The next day, someone came and installed a new one while we were gone.

Cons:

1. Very dirty floor, lots of sand, hair, dust. I washed the floor three times before moving in.
2. Under the beds, bedside tables and sofas, was the uprising washed in 2015?
3. Blinds, handles, baseboards - everything is very dirty.
4. The sink in the bathroom is broken, I had to disassemble and clean the drain.
5. The sofa is dirty, it's disgusting to sit on it.
6. The windmills on the ceiling are very dirty.
7. The air conditioners work very noisily, what genius thought of putting the air conditioner downstairs so that small children would constantly climb on it, and so that it would blow cold air on the newly washed children?
8. The sink, plates, spoons - everything is well-kept, greasy.
9. Everything is sticky, dirty, disgusting.

!!!!we paid twice as much for a neighboring hotel, where the conditions were better

Cons:

Never given instructions to upload drivers license until we arrived. Then received message that the door code could not be activated until picture of drivers license was uploaded. Thin walls - heard all of the neighbors.

Cons:

Nous avions des questions à poser mais jamais personne n’a répondu à nos messages écrits, ni à nos appels téléphoniques.
Le contact humain est complètement absent.
