The location and room size
Too much noisy from adjacent room. The room is not soundproof. The lobby is like kind of factory storage for transit hub. Alleyway between room full of clothes packaging.
The room smelled really bad, and we could hardly sleep. I even spoke to the staff, but they didn’t take any responsibility. They just said it was because of the bed.
