Cant recommend the staff enough, they were amazing and very helpful. The room was comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10. The hotel is beautiful

Cons:

The restaurant door being always open, getting very cold when downstairs. Some lights flickering in the room.

Heaven in Lisbon
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel. Staff were so lovely ! Super friendly and great energy. Made me feel so welcome , that i can’t wait to come back. They gave me an amazing upgrade , which was just a blessing to have! Probably one of the best rooms I’ve been to in Europe & I’ve been to a few!!

Hotel modern i ben comunicat.
Pros:

L'hotel és molt modern i les instal·lacions són correctes. El personal és molt amable i l'esmorzar força correcte i complet. A més, està molt ben comunicat ja que per allà mateix passa el tramvia 28 i el metro.

Cons:

Va ploure molt els dies de la nostra estada i pel balcó va entrar tanta aigua que es va mullar tota la moqueta i, a més, em vaig trobar les sabatilles de roba mullades. Ens van canviar d'habitació i es va resoldre el problema.
El suc i el cafè de l'esmorzar crec que es podria millorar.
També he trobat a faltar una prestatgeria o una mica d'armari, perquè només hi ha una barra amb penja-robes.

I believe the breakfast selection could be improved. I had anticipated a more satisfying breakfast experience. The scrambled eggs were served cold, and the bread was rather hard and did not appear fresh.
