Sehr sauber, freundlicher Service
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Tokyo Akihabara. Die Rezeption befindet sich in der ersten Etage, was anfangs etwas ungewohnt ist, aber gut organisiert wirkt.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam – wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Keks als Willkommensgeschenk überrascht, was eine sehr nette Geste war.Das Zimmer war zwar relativ klein, selbst obwohl wir eine größere Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten, was in Tokyo jedoch nicht unüblich ist. Dafür war alles sehr sauber und durchdacht ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können.

Goede ligging en fijn hotel
Pros:

De locatie was super, vlakbij station Akihabara maar uit de drukte. Alles was schoon, ontbijt was goed met ruime keuze en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er was helaas geen ruimte in de hotelkamer om de koffer open te klappen, dat moest op bed gebeuren.

Clean, safe, great staff, good location
Pros:

Good location, felt safe, very very clean, brilliant and helpful staff

Cons:

I expected the room to be small, but felt that this could be fixed by removing some of the furniture. There was a small table, armchair and big lamps which took up a lot of room in an already small room. You couldnt open up two suitcases at the same time so that would have helped

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir sind grosse Anime- und Manga-Fans, daher war die Lage top. Zudem ist man an der Yamanote und weiteren Linien angebunden, sodass man schnell in der Stadt rumkommt. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber das ist in Tokio typisch. Sie sind sehr sauber und haben die nötige Ausstattung. Wir haben den vorhandenen externen Kleiderreinigungs-Service genutzt, was grossartig war. Zum Teil bieten das selbst 4-Sterne Hotels in Japan nicht an.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Den Koffer muss man auf dem Bett aufmachen, da kein anderweitiger Platz vorhanden ist.

Also I want to note about laundry - for wash, you have to pay for it with a QR code but for dry cleaning, it’s cash only
Pros:

This place is located on a really quiet block but very close to the Akihabara train station and Electric City! Super convenient. The rooms are small though, but we weren’t there for long periods of time. Still going to give this place 10 overall because the staff = AMAZING!

Cons:

The breakfast could use a little more variety but it was fine. The pillows were also a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Pros:

Man konnte das Fenster leicht öffnen und Koffer unters Bett schieben. Platz wurde gut genutzt. Es war alles sauber. Personal war freundlich. Es gab kostenfreien Kaffee und Tee.

Cons:

Die Handtücher haben nie ganz sauber gerochen. Sie wurden jeden Tag gewechselt und keins roch wirklich frisch, ein bisschen nach Frittierfett.

Lovely cozy stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The place is truly charming, the staff absolutely adorable and the room very comfortable (they even had chargers for all phone types in the room!). The breakfast was amazing!
