The hotel room in the tower was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is most convenient, and the parking garage greatly appreciated. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!

Went to a concert , and to the aquarium.. good place to stay when you need to get away . I will be back in the future .

The Arcadian Hotel-The Best Place to Stay!!!
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel for a family health emergency and the night staff was wonderful. I needed to change my room, due to personal circumstances, and both Sam and Alberto were so accommodating in getting me another room and helping me from one room to another. I needed to extend my stay which Sam took care of immediately. They have the best continental breakfast with fresh pastries, juice, cereal and many other breakfast treats. Hot and cold water along with coffee and tea were available 24/7 as was the microwave. They have a small convenience store with frozen meals and ice cream along with soda and water. The bar is open in the evening if you would like a glass of wine or a beer. The hotel lobby was inviting and very neat and clean. Everytime I entered the hotel I was greeted with a pleasant hello and smile. I have listed the staff below that I encountered during my stay to give them a great shout out! The circumstances for my stay was a death in my family, but they did everything possible to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again when I return to Boston MA.

Excellent location, clean newly updated rooms, friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel itself is close to the T and very walkable to a fun neighborhood - lots of shops and food options. I liked the room just fine - we were only there to sleep (which is good because there was no where in the room to sit!) It was very clean and new.

Cons:

The lobby seating was nice and comfortable but the giant TV that was constantly showing football just drove me crazy - it was difficult to sit where there wasn’t a TV in your line of sight. So distracting.
The breakfast had some better options on Sunday, but generally was pretty unappealing. Protein choices were limited to boiled eggs and slices of some sort of cheese. The bread and bagel options would be ok if the toasters worked. The croissants were good, but disappeared quickly. I think I would have been less disappointed if I hadn’t been told there was “breakfast” and just expected coffee and snacks.
